Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or rescheduling must be done 24hr in advance. If not will result in a fee of 50% of service amount. No shows will be charged 50% of the service as well. HOLIDAY SEASON (October 15th-December 31st.) All cancellations AND rescheduling during holiday months will be charged half of the service. Holiday months are hectic for the beauty Industry and rescheduling and canceling appointments makes it even more chaotic for us. Please be mindful and keep appointments that are made.
